Practitioners of manipulative Physiotherapy will use specialised assessment skills to diagnose the problem and perform effective treatment usually combining joint manipulation or mobilisation as well as exercise and advice.
Manipulative Physiotherapy is completed as part of post graduate training, and offers an extra form of care, particularly if a patient is struggling to recover with standard treatment.
